Become a Trucker in Maryland
The weather is mild year round and numerous coves, creeks and small islands are up for discovery. When it comes to Maryland, it’s a truck drivers paradise. With both average precipitation and snowfall each year and sunshine more often than not, cruising down the streets of Maryland can be pure bliss.
Drive down the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, roll down the window and take in the smell of the salty air or take the inland part of the state and drive through the slow rising hills of the Piedmont Plateau. Whatever you prefer, Maryland’s outdoor setting has much to offer a licensed truck driver.
Not sure what to expect when driving through the ‘Old Line State’? Fort McHenry and the world’s only surviving wrought iron bridge are just a few of the many roadside attractions you’ll catch sight of on your journey. A surfin’ submarine centennial statue in Annapolis, a big pencil stuck in a wall in Baltimore and a buried giant in the sands of Oxon Hill; the possibilities are endless.
